The EM-FLEX seal reduces draught permeability by 94 percent! Less draught means less energy loss – heat or cold is stored in the building, and energy costs are saved. The seal can be attached to any dock, regardless of brand and type, flexibly customised and individually adapted. Partial replacement is also possible.
Cost-effective, long-lasting and secure
The EM-FLEX seal for loading technology, loading ramps and lifting tables consists of a special, hygienic special material that has a significantly longer service life than conventional rubber or brush seals, saving up to 50 percent on gap seals and 85 percent on follow-up costs. Openings of 4 – 55 mm are tightly sealed – an advantage that also comes in handy when cleaning, as the cleaning water does not run through and penetrates other areas where it is undesirable.
With the doors seals, companies can also easily and conveniently renew the warning marking in accordance with the legal requirements for health and safety labels at the workplace (BGV A8). The draught seal can be repaired if necessary. The magnetic fastening eliminates the risk of accidents due to the absence of protruding metal parts. The assembly-friendly installation works with an adapter for non-magnetic surfaces if necessary.
